We start with a conversation — over coffee, at your lot, or in our studio. The goal is simple: understand your family, your land, your style, and the budget that works for your life.

You'll leave Discovery with a clear sense of what's possible, a realistic investment range, and an honest read on timing. No pressure, no surprises.

Step 02 · Design
Step Two

Design

Our architect partners sketch a home shaped around your land, your routines, and the style you love — whether that's Modern Farmhouse, Transitional, French Country, or a blend that's entirely your own.

You'll see real floor plans, honest elevations, and material boards that reflect how the home will actually look and feel — not renderings dressed up for social media.

Step 03 · Build
Step Three

Build

Construction is where most builders go quiet. We do the opposite — weekly walkthroughs, live budget tracking, and a dedicated project page you can check from your phone.

The same trades we've worked with for years are on your site from foundation to final coat. You see what we see, every step of the way.

Step Four

Welcome Home

Move-in day is a milestone — not a finish line. We do a thorough walkthrough, hand over a binder of every spec and warranty, and schedule a check-in at 30 days and again at one year.

If something comes up five or ten years in, you still have our number. That's the kind of builder we want to be — and the kind our clients tell their friends about.

What to expect, week by week

Every home is different, but a typical Wanner build follows a rhythm like this.

Weeks 1–8

Discovery, land review, preliminary design, and budget framework.

Weeks 9–20

Architectural drawings, engineering, final selections, and permitting.

Months 6–14

Groundbreaking through final finishes — with weekly updates throughout.

Move-In & Beyond

Walkthrough, orientation, and one year of scheduled follow-ups.
